Data controller

The data controller is MB Editing Studio SRLS, Via Benigno Crespi 19, 20159 Milan (Italy), VAT no. IT11616120967. For any request about your data you can write to info@margheritabullo.com.

What data we process and why

This site is a showcase: it has no contact forms, private areas or newsletters. The only data processed is the following.

• Browsing data. Like any website, the server automatically records the IP address, date and time of the request and the pages visited (technical logs). They are needed to run the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Emails. If you write to info@margheritabullo.com or collab@margheritabullo.com we process the data you send (name, email address, content of the message) in order to reply. Legal basis: your request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Usage statistics. Only if you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand in aggregate how the site is used (pages viewed, origin, device type). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie preferences.

Who we share data with

Data is processed by providers acting as data processors: the hosting and email service (Hostinger) and, only with your consent, Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Google may transfer data to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Data is never sold or disclosed.

How long we keep data

• Browsing logs: for as long as strictly necessary for security and operation of the site, according to the hosting provider’s policies.
• Emails: for as long as needed to handle the request and any later relationship, then deleted or kept within the limits set by law.
• Statistics: for the retention period set in Google Analytics (by default 2 months for event-level data).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing and receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. To exercise your rights write to info@margheritabullo.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.

Links to external sites

The site links to the LinkedIn and Instagram profiles and to the MB Editing Studio website. Those sites have their own privacy notices, for which we are not responsible. No third-party content (videos, maps, social plugins) is embedded in the site.
